Cleanliness & Hygiene — RMC Coordination
Working With the Ranchi Municipal Corporation
Earlier, the services of the Ranchi Municipal Corporation (RMC) were not sought for the regular needs of Ashoknagar. Lately, the present Board has started requisitioning their services for cleanliness and hygiene across the colony.
Smart bins are now being installed at suitable locations to collect garbage, which is lifted and carried away by RMC trucks. Apart from emptying these smart bins, RMC also sends door-to-door garbage collection vans to houses across the colony.
Additionally, RMC vehicles are now being deployed for fogging and spraying of insecticides, as well as for the pruning of tree branches along the roadsides.
