Common Place Cleaning Services
Keeping Shared Spaces Clean
The Society ensures regular cleaning of common places across the colony — internal roads, park pathways, the market complex frontage and other shared areas — so that residents and visitors always find the surroundings neat and presentable.
This is carried out on a routine basis by dedicated cleaning staff, with sweeping, dust and debris removal, and upkeep of common walkways forming part of the daily and weekly cleaning schedule.

Garbage Collection
Smart Bins & Door-to-Door Collection
Smart bins have been installed at suitable locations across the colony to collect household garbage, which is then lifted and carried away by Ranchi Municipal Corporation (RMC) trucks on a scheduled basis.
In addition to emptying these smart bins, RMC also sends door-to-door garbage collection vans to individual houses, giving residents a convenient and reliable way to dispose of daily waste without it accumulating in the colony.

Municipal Co-operation Services
Working With the Ranchi Municipal Corporation
The Society actively coordinates with the Ranchi Municipal Corporation (RMC) for civic works that were earlier handled by the Society alone. This includes garbage lifting, fogging and spraying of insecticides, and pruning of tree branches along the roadsides.
This partnership helps the Society draw on the Corporation's resources and manpower for larger civic tasks, while the Society continues to look after day-to-day upkeep within the colony.
